Nokia N8 available in Italy, pre-order in September

Nokia first device running on the it's Symbian^3 operating system, Nokia N8, will be available for purchasing in Italy with pre-order starting in September.

Any special characteristics aren't added, so they will be as usually, 3.5 inch touchscreen display with resolution of 640x360, a 12 megapixel camera, 680 MHz ARM11 processor, slot for microSD memory card, 16 GB internal memory and 256 MB SDRAM.

First Lumigon smartphone will be launched on Oct 20th


It seems that people from Lumigon are capable to design some very pretty looking mobile phones.
Information about releasing their new smartphone come from their Facebook page. They promised that new smartphone will be launched on Octobar 20th.
I terms of technical specifications, Lumigon smartphone will have: Freescale 1GHz i.MX51 processor, Capacitive touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS, 720p video output,HDMI output, Accelerometer, 5-megapixel autofocus camera with flash, 3.5mm audio jack, FM receiver, FM transmitter and it will be running on Android 2.1

HTC planing to bring it's own smartphone to China

Hostility between two China are in lower level than in the last few dacedes and that's reflects on all sort of trading.
Taiwan HTC have a plan to bring it's own smartphone to mainland China. Among the first devices that will come in China are HTC Desire, HTC Wildfire, HTC Tianxi and Tianyi and they will feature HTC Sense UI.
HTC Desire and Wildfire will have same features as usually, while the Tianxi seems to be an HD2, which has been specially customizes for China Mobile, running on Windows Mobile, while the Tianyi is redesigned Wildfire.

From the Far East region, or more specifically South Korea, has come a new smartphone running on Android 2.1 OS (it can be upgraded to 2.2), codenamed Vega IM-A650S. This phone was made by Pantech and it is available for purchase at Sky.
